Return Process

  Log in to your JINS account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack the Eyewear

  Place the glasses in their original protective case and box, ensuring all accessories like cleaning cloths are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days once we receive and inspect the items.
